Booking and payment
- A 50% deposit is due on reservation. Your booking is confirmed once we have received the deposit and you have our booking confirmation.
- Amounts are in South African rand (ZAR). Pay by credit card or bank transfer, in ZAR or EUR.
- Bank charges for foreign transfers and credit card fees are paid by the guest. Refunds are made in ZAR.

House rules
- Children from 12 years are welcome; exceptions by prior arrangement.
- Visitors other than room guests only when arranged with your host before arrival.
- No animals.
- No smoking inside the building or on the balconies; outside only in the marked area of the garden.
- Please respect the night’s rest of other guests and the neighbours.
- No room cleaning on Sundays and public holidays (bins and towels only).
- Vehicles in the garage or parking area are parked at your own risk. The B&B accepts no liability for lost or damaged items or injuries.
Your privacy (POPIA)
- The form asks only for what we need to answer you: your name, email and message. Dates are optional.
- Your details are used only to answer your enquiry and for your booking documents. They are never passed on or used for anything else.
- Ask us at any time to see or delete what we hold about you.
